There are two main types of awning available
and these are broken down into;
1. Surface mounted, these are available in
several options from our top of the range Full cassette awning and for those
on a tighter budget, the semi or no cassette type or.
2. Recessed awnings which are built into
your facia.
Surface mounted
The full cassette awning is our top of the
range surface mounted awning with a large front rail to fully enclose the
fabric and the blind arms when the awning is retracted allowing the maximum protection to your
blind. The large front rail also helps aid stability of your blind in
gustier conditions. Click here for
more information.
Semi or no cassette awnings, the semi-cassette awning
is fitted with a top profile to help protect the cover from the elements
when the awning is retracted. The no cassette blind would normally
only be used if the blind is being fitted tight under a sign facia therefore
no top profile would be required. Click here for more information.
Recessed Awnings
Recessed awnings are fitted into a timber blind
box that would normally be built into your facia by a shop fitter.
Being the neatest type of installation available when the blind is retracted
the large flat front rail would close flush with your facia, giving a neat
appearance. These blinds can be fitted into some old type of existing blind
boxes if they are large enough. Click here for more information
