Drop-arm Awnings

Drop arm awnings are a neat and versatile sun blind.  The advantage of these blinds is that they can be stopped in any position you require, but if low sun is a problem, they can be extended to 140° so you should be able to cover most of the window if necessary.    

The cassette fixes flush to the wall for maximum weather protection and when the blind is not in use, it rolls neatly away into its cassette housing protecting the fabric from the elements.   The valance can be simply removed from the front profile for the winter months if required.

The blind arms are fitted with a sturdy internal spring to ensure the cover stays taut at all positions.  The awning is finished in white as standard or they can be finished in any RAL colour if required.  Drop-arm cassettes are available in widths of up to 7 metres with a floating centre arm  and projections up to 1500mm.  The standard control of the sunblind is via a robust gear drive box, for further information on electric control options click here
