Coronavirus - an update for all our customers
As a company who have been trading for over 130 years, we would like to assure our customers that all orders are safe and will be processed as soon as possible.
Following the Governments guidance of 19th July 2021
In line with government guidance, our in-home appointments will continue to take place as normal.
The Showroom has now reopened, but we ask if can please phone and book an appointment to visit. This is so we can limit the number of visitors in the showroom at any one time.
Fitting appointments will also take place at the times that have been arranged. There is no need to contact us.
1. We are asking customers to adhere to the 2mt social distancing where possible.
2. If you or anyone in your home has shown symptoms of COVID-19 or in self-isolation, it is your legal obligation to notify us prior to the appointment.
We are trying our best to keep things moving during these unusual times. What we are finding is the whole supply chain is under severe pressure to keep to delivery dates due to the domino effect of factories worldwide being closed during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Fabric shortages are one problem we are facing along with a shortage of electrical components. Shipping channels are really slow and ports are backed up for various reasons, making it take even longer than normal.
Customers must remember this is completely out of our hands and we are not always being updated when our suppliers run out of items to complete an order.
